Since 2013, we have been successfully developing alternative financing solutions for the construction and real estate business. We were among the first to launch our rent-to-own system, i.e. renting properties with the option to buy them at a later date. Later, we extended this system to other programs. In addition to financing ordinary real estate purchases, today we also finance traders and developers who have the sense of the real estate business, understand their local market, but do not have sufficient capital to trade effectively.
